Sky Trapella has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2021. She trained on the east-coast before relocating to Honolulu, Hawaii.

Sessions with Sky include a combination of Swedish styles, medical massage, and a mirage of knowledge and tools aimed at helping you feel your best. This style can best be summed up as, working with the intention to heal while promoting a relaxing state.

Her pressure can range from light to deep pressure.

She has worked with everyone from athletes, to those with chronic illnesses, spinal trauma, brain injuries, muscle tears, postural issues and more.

Trained at Cortiva Institute, Cromwell CT, sky has over 900-hours of classroom knowledge, as well as years of experience.
