Sky Trapella has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2022. She trained on the East Coast before relocating to Honolulu, Hawaii.

Sessions with Sky combine Swedish styles, medical massage, and a range of knowledge and tools to help you feel your best. This style can best be summed up as working with the intention to heal while promoting a state of relaxation. Pressure ranges from light to deep depending on your needs and goals.

Sky has worked with diverse populations, including athletes, those with chronic illnesses, spinal trauma, brain injuries, muscle tears, postural imbalances, and more.

She trained at Cortiva Institute, Cromwell, CT, completing over 900-hours of classroom education, in addition to years of hands-on experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (BA), a background strengthen her beliefs in the mind-body connection and the importance of physical health as a tool towards overall wellness.
