My name is Sky Trapella. I am the Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) behind Healing with Sky. I have office space on Kapahulu Ave. and offer mobile visits within Honolulu County. 

Formally trained as a Massage Therapist at Cortiva Institute, Cromwell, CT, I was exposed to many healing modalities. I combine a mix of medical massage with ayurvedic, or energy work, practices. All modalities share the same goal: improve well-being by focusing on individual needs. 

For centuries, massage therapy has been recognized as a powerful tool for managing everyday stress, alleviating pain, enhancing self-awareness, and supporting the mind-body connection.

My style of Massage is based on traditional Swedish Massage, and I add elements to meet individual clients' needs: orthopedic care, relaxation, spinal trauma, stretching, trigger point therapy, preparation and recovery from athletic events, hot stones, cupping, etc.
