My name is Sky Trapella, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2022. I trained on the East Coast before relocating to Honolulu, Hawaii.

In each session, I blend Swedish styles, medical massage, and a wide range of knowledge and tools to help you feel your best. My approach is holistic, relaxing, and medically focused. Pressure ranges from light to deep, always tailored to your needs and goals.

I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including athletes, individuals with chronic illnesses, spinal trauma, brain injuries, muscle tears, postural imbalances, and more.

My education is extensive and ongoing. I trained at Cortiva Institute in Cromwell, CT, completing over 900 hours of classroom education, along with years of hands-on experience. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (BA), which strengthens my belief in the mind-body connection and the importance of physical health as a path to overall wellness. Each year, I continue to take massage-focused educational courses to bring the most up-to-date wellness knowledge to every session.
