As a massage therapist, I’m here to help my clients maintain and, when needed, regain their strength, restore mobility, and reconnect with a sense of optimism in their bodies.

  • Maasage sessions are based in Swedish techniques, incorporating elements of the traditional Hawaiian LomiLomi massage, Hot stones, stretching and energy work. This session can be adjusted for everyone.

  • A gentle hands on, clothed, session working along the vertebral column encouraging the flow of cerebral spinal fluid. Great for those experiencing stress, nervous system disorders or chronic pain.

  • Cupping Therapy helps to break up skin adhesions to reduce pain, improve circulation and leave you feeling your best. My skills lie with silicone cups.

  • Reiki is a Healing technique that requires minimal touch. It encourages the flow of energy to reduce stress and create healing.
